At DFCC, we offer flexible care options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Drop-In services, available Monday through Friday. With both morning and afternoon time slots, we provide a nurturing environment for your child’s growth and development. DAYCARE PROGRAM 

For children 1 month to 12 years of age.

How to Secure Your Child's Spot
Child care spots are limited. To secure your child's spot, pay the registration and material fees for the year (see the “Fees” tab for pricing). These fees are non-refundable. Once paid, your child’s spot is reserved for 7 days. The first day must be within this 7-day window, and the first tuition payment is due on or before the first day of care to complete enrollment and confirm your child's spot.

 

Schedule - 

Delgado Family Child Care Schedule:

• Licensed Care Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM

• Normal Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Early Morning & Late Evening Care:  Any Childcare done outside Normal Business Hours.

One-Time Fees 

We want to ensure transparency regarding our fees. Below are the one-time fees associated with enrollment in our SCREEN-FREE, Spanish Immersion Home Daycare program:

1. Registration Fee: $30
   This fee covers registration for the entire calendar year. (Example: January 1st - December 31, 2025)

2. Material Fee: $240
   This fee covers materials and supplies for the calendar year. If you enroll in daycare effective August 1st or after, the material fee will be prorated accordingly. 

Important Notice: These fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.

Tuition Rates: 

 

At Delgado Family Child Care, we are fully self-supporting and rely on timely tuition payments to maintain our services. Tuition is due on the first day of each month for those on a monthly payment plan or every Monday for those on a weekly payment plan.

Please note that paid tuition secures your child’s spot at Delgado Family Child Care and is not based on attendance. 

If you plan to withdraw your child from our daycare program, we require a two (2)-week advance notice in writing. Tuition must be paid through the end of this two-week period.

Trial Period:To ensure that our daycare program is the right fit for your child, we offer a 2-week trial period for all new enrollments. If, during this time, it is determined that the program is not suitable, we offer a prorated refund for the tuition paid that month.

Tuition Payment Breakdown

Our tuition rates are based on age group and enrollment type, NOT on attendance. Below is a breakdown of our care options:

Full-Time Care

• Hours per week: 25 or more

• Tuition Price: Determined by age group, Based on full-time rates 

• Important: To secure a full-time slot, including during school breaks (e.g., summer, spring, winter etc.), you must enroll and pay the full-time rate in advance.

 

Part-Time Care

• Hours per week: 24 or fewer

• Tuition Price: Determined by age group, based on part-time rates 

 

Drop-In Care

• Hours per week: Less than two days

• Tuition: Based on Daily Rate

  At Delgado Family Child Care, our rates are set and are due in full either at the beginning of each month or at the start of every week, depending on your preferred payment schedule.

  We accept both private pay and subsidized payments through various programs. Please note that if your subsidy does not cover the full tuition cost, the parent or guardian is responsible for paying the remaining balance for the child to attend daycare. This is non-negotiable.

  Daycare fees are due regardless of your child’s absence, sickness, or vacation. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

How to secure your child’s spot — Because spots are limited, you can secure your child’s spot by paying the registration fee and material fee for the school year (the fee prices are listed under t

he “Fees” tab). Please note, these fees are non-refundable. Once fees are paid, your child’s spot is secured for 1 week (7 days). Your child’s first day must start by the 7th day and your first tuition payment must be paid by that day to be officially enrolled.

At DFCC, we offer a convenient transportation service for school drop-off and pick-up, covering the four local schools in the area: Eucalyptus Elementary School, Hesperia Jr. High School, Joshua Circle Elementary School, Cypress School of the Arts and [School 4]. This added bonus makes your daily routine easier, knowing your child will be safely transported to and from school. If you have any specific questions about your child’s school, feel free to ask before enrolling, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
